Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received by our system.  We will endeavour to ship your products on the same day as ordering.


Please inspect the packaging of your order when it arrives. If you notice any damage contact us immediately and we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.  Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Returning Items 

We cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during incoming shipment. For your protection, carefully package the product for shipment and insure it with the carrier.  You (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Make sure you enclose a copy of your purchase receipt and attach a short note advising why you are returning your order.

Once we receive your returned item, a refund is initiated immediately and processed within three business days of the returned item. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • If you paid via credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

Once your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. 


All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
